Zo’ Nanos signature oil
10 curry leaves
1 tbsp fenugreek seeds ( methi )
Heat Zo’ Nanos oil in a karhai. Add fenugreek seeds ( methi ) to the oil and fry it for a couple of minutes until the seeds are golden- brown. Next add the curry leaves and fry them for 4 to 5 minutes. Be careful that they don’t burn. Turn off the heat and let the oil cool down. Then use a sieve to filter the oil into a clean glass container.
